When we are busy/tired/stressed it can be hard to relax. My music can be a great way to wind down/rest or practice mindfulness/meditation . 

Slowing down our breath and heart rate, and settling the nervous system supports good immune function and can help us to feel refreshed.

This music has been especially composed and performed by myself for this healing purpose and comes from the heart along with many years of being a  professional Fellow of Music /music teacher/sound therapist and psychic/spiritual advisor. It is ideal for therapists to use too whilst treating others (each track is linked to a key suitable for an overall chakra balance and has a little bell between each to aid the therapist).

This music is best listened to in a quiet place where you can rest and drift in the gentle soothing sound - please do not listen whilst driving,  in busy environments or operating any kind of machinery.
